01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 229bd ("229bd", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing the 229bd website at 229bd.vip, downloading the 229bd app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these 229bd Terms and Conditions, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 229bd after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

02 Account Registration

03 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 229bd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is displayed in your account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected. 229bd does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made to your 229bd account are for gaming purposes only. Funds deposited on 229bd may not be transferred to another player's account. 229bd reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is identified as fraudulent or made using a payment method that does not belong to the account holder.

• Deposits are credited to your 229bd account balance in real time in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact 229bd support with your transaction reference.
• 229bd does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used to deposit must belong to the registered account holder.
• 229bd reserves the right to limit or refuse deposits at its discretion, particularly where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

04 Withdrawals and KYC Verification

Withdrawals from your 229bd account are processed in BDT to the payment method on file. Before your first withdrawal is approved, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. This is a standard requirement for all licensed gaming platforms and is not specific to 229bd.

229bd aims to process verified withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Bronze and Silver tier players: within 24 hours of approval.

06 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on 229bd use a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages published for each game on 229bd are accurate and reflect the long-term theoretical payout rate of that game.

• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned.

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

229bd uses fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended without prior notice. Any funds in a suspended account will be held pending investigation.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

229bd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

If your account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in your account may be forfeited. If your account is closed at your own request and there is no outstanding bonus wagering requirement, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as permitted by applicable regulations. 229bd will notify you by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

09 Responsible Gaming
